Because each item is one-of-a-kind, it is very possible that several customers will have the self-same item in their shopping baskets simultaneously . This is un-avoidable since an item can not be taken off of the "In Stock" list until a purchase is actually finalized.
Thus it is possible that someone may decide to Check Out, only to find that an item in their basket is no longer available, because another person checked out first.
We suggest that you 'Buy Now' soon after an item is chosen. This way it is more likely that you will successfully complete your purchase.
A PayPal® account is not required. You may make a purchase using a credit card or a PayPal® account.
We partner with PayPal® to conduct the credit card payment process. PayPal® is the Premier Merchant/Gateway processing service. Payment to be in U.S. Dollars only.
Upon completion of your purchase, PayPal® will send you a confirmation e-mail for your records.
We ship by UPS only. The Shipping fee we charge you is based upon an estimate by the carrier. We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking number.
The Handling fee covers the materials and time required to package your items so as to increase the likelyhood that they will arrive intact.
We do not attemp to squeeze a few more bucks out of our customers by padding the Shipping & Handling fees.
We do NOT collect sales tax (Federal or State) from our customers for any state except Florida.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to file and pay the appropriate taxes in other states.
If an Item arrives damaged, we will repair it at no charge (if repairable). It must be sent back to us in the original packaging, and sent via the same carrier, standard ground 3-5 working day delivery. It must be accepted by the carrier within one week of the date it was delivered to you. We will re-imburse you for the return shipping fee.
An Item may be returned for a refund within 1 week of the date that is was delivered to you. Upon our receiving it back in an un-damaged condition, your credit card or PayPal account will be credited the purchase price (not including shipping & handling), and less a 20% re-stocking fee.
